Happy Monday everyone!
Yesterday was Sunday and Sundays for me are very special
since it’s a stay home-all-you-want Sunday, I cooked something special.
Actually there are leftovers from last night and since I don’t
have a fridge, I need to consume all the things that will be spoiled early next
day or else..
So I made.. cheesy tuna pasta with potato and cheese and
cheese balls.. ^__^
I just made the recipe up but it turned out delicious!
The pasta needed a little crunch it’ll be good if there was
bell pepper but since I don’t like to go out, I just made my cheese balls.
Its just chedar cheese cubes rolled by hand, dropped in egg,
rolled on a flour, then on bread crumbs and deep fried! Viola! It’s perfect for
snacks! Now I know what to do if I’m craving for mozzarella sticks! ^__^
The potato and cheese are of course potatoes; boiled and
peeled, milk, cheddar cheese; cubed, cheddar cheese spread, I used cheese wiz
hamburger flavour, a little pepper and a little flour to thicken a little.
Yum-my!!!
Dig in!!!
for those of you who want to try this here' the recipe.. enjoy!
